Those 6 mantras rock, Alex, big time! Definitely ones to bear in mind at all time at all cost. I failed them multiple times though. How would you handle a situation where you just had a spiritual awakening, feel overwhelmed by your job which requires a fair bit of grey matter and no longer feels aligned with you, and have your brain completely overwhelmed beyond belief?
