That is a very good tell Ayodeji, I agree. How do you behave with those people when no one is looking, or so they think at least. It also says a lot about their level of consciousness in life. Did they do the internal work, which you're touching on with personal growth. Another tell, I'd say is the questions people ask, if they actually do. It opens the door to the way they think. Or if they actively listen, genuinely, with real attention.
