Thanks for the piece. I find myself in a weird situation which I have a hard time coming to terms with. I had the feeling that I was finally making decisions for myself, taking agency in life, considering others, focusing on the good etc only to realize that I was making it all revolve around my own little world, then overwhelmed by the (too) many things I wanted to change in my behavior, I rejected my circumstances, burnt out and fell back to old patterns at my parents place, as if the child within never really left in the first place. Tough topic that one.
