I guess all advices have to be taken with a grain of salt, meaning that if you have no problem with your current situation then why change? As an electrical engineer, well, maybe you could deliver online content that delivers your skills in an easy-to-digest package. Or the point was to share regular posts on social media so your future employer can notice you without having to go through a regular ass-licking session. Just sharing thoughts here :)
