Having a set end line, I found, can be a little tricky, as we can go into the mindset of focusing on the destination instead of giving our full attention to what we’re doing in the present moment to reach our goals. Little incremental steps can go a long way. In 2 years, I managed to quit smoking & drinking, and consistently build a cardiovascular routine. Also going from 37k to 45k. It’s all about enjoying the process of becoming the best version that we can be, one decision at a time. Thanks for sharing your great thoughts!
