Great article Mark. I read a book a while back called people skills for analytical thinkers, quite aligned with what you’re saying. We all have our own learnt algorithms and we might stay in reaction mode following those algorithms unless we shed light on those. Otherwise, we’re just machines reacting to each other, scary. The book talks about our algorithms, the rest is my interpretation ☝️
