Coaching - learnt in an hour: The most important skill is curiosity, identify the client's world model, get levergae and permission, let the client voice the new desired outcomes and assist the client in doing the inner work, all in asking the right questions. Let's not forget that the solution always come in pair with the problem (=> maieutic).
